Refund Policy

We ensure your satisfaction. If any of our products do not meet our exacting standard, then please inform us immediately. We will need the goods returned within 48 hours in order that we can examine them. Return postage will be refunded if we agree that the goods are 'sub-standard'.

If any goods arrive damaged, they must be refused when delivery is attempted, or signed for with a written comment on the couriers receipt, to say that they were damaged, outlining the extent of the damage. Please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.

Some of our chocolates contain nuts and all can contain traces of nuts. Ribbons, boxes and wrappings will vary depending on supply, changes and availability. Every attempt will be made to ensure that the goods displayed on this website, are a true representation of the goods sent. There may be occasions when we have no alternative but to substitute any part of an order for an alternative.

You have the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt of order. Orders must be returned in the original packaging.
